Hinge Health

Vontier has partnered with Hinge Health to help you conquer back or joint pain without drugs or surgery. Hinge Health provides you and your family members enrolled in a Vontier medical plan through UHC free access to programs that help you alleviate back, knee, hip, neck, or shoulder pain. Hinge Health is available only to your covered dependents age 18+.

As a part of Hinge Health, you will have access to personalized exercise therapy supported by physical therapists, unlimited one-on-one health coaching and access to the TrueMotion experience to assist in guiding with exercise therapy. New members will also receive a kit to help you achieve success in the program. The kit is filled with valuable items needed to empower you to get started, including enablement materials, resistance bands and a phone stand. Vontier has partnered with Calm Health to provide resources for sleep, meditation and mindfulness for eligible employees and their covered dependents (16 years or older) enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare (UHC) medical plan, provided at no cost to you. The Calm Health app brings you a library of support for a variety of health experiences and life stages — including mental health screenings, self-guided learning modules, evidence-based content and referrals.
