What does career progression look like to you?
Traditionally, career progression was about climbing a ladder — identifying an industry, starting in a junior position, and working up through the levels into a more senior position. Today, career progression is less linear. People have more opportunity to consider a range of roles and develop transferable skills that enhance the possibility of navigating a career path.
