Employee Resource Groups
Our resource groups create networks of employees working together to support one another while embracing a more diverse and inclusive work environment for all individuals within Vontier.
At Vontier, employee resource groups (ERGs) are a great way to connect with others, build community, and advocate for issues that are important to you. This is your chance to raise your hand and add your voice. Participants in ERGs often say it’s one of the most rewarding things they’ve done at work, so check out a group or two and see what fits for you. All ERGs are voluntary, employee-driven, and open to everyone.
